XXI J-PAS Meeting

XXI J-PAS Collaboration Meeting
The XXI J-PAS meeting will be held at the Instituto de Astrofisica de Andalucia, Granada, Spain, from 27 to 30 of October of 2025. The meeting will bring the collaboration together to review survey progress, refine the observing strategy, and define the scientific and technical requirements for the next Internal Data Release (IDR). Key technical and scientific topics will include narrow-band coverage and survey footprint, classification performance (galaxy/star/QSO), photometric redshifts (photo-z), IFU-like studies, multi-band morphological analysis, and specific data requirements for the upcoming IDR. In addition, we will discuss recent results from IDR data analyses across the various topics led by the Science Working Groups (SWGs).
The meeting format will be in a hybrid format (participants can attend in person or virtually).
The program (TBD) will include invited and contributed talks. Both physical and virtual attendees will have the opportunity to make oral presentations.

The Meeting will take place at the Instituto de Astrofísica de Andalucía headquarters (IAA-CSIC), Glorieta de la Astronomía s/n, 18008 Granada: http://www.iaa.csic.es.
The IAA-CSIC is located ~15 mins walk from the city centre, and it can be reached by bus lines S2, S0, 9 and 11, and by tramp (stop Hípica).
